    Diet & exercise only at moment
    Exercise:
    walking mainly, although have purchased Wii fit. Tried nordic walking and cardio exercise class, but high BP prevented full participation. That was before T2 diag

    Since having pneumonia 2 years ago, trying to see as much of the world as possible while we still can.
