    BMI 22, 6:12:12 grams of carbohydrate a day, 50 minutes running intervals a day, weights, dirty intermittent fasting. Metformin 2 x 500 mg. No insulin. GAD and IA2 antibody negative. MODY negative.
    Diagnosed Hba1c 11.16 11.6% stimulated c-peptide 0.15 nmol/l (less than 0.2 nmol/l indicates insulin requirement.)
    Hba1c 1.17 6.4% stimulated c-peptide 0.16 nmol/l Hba1c 5.17 5.7% stimulated c-peptide 0.15 nmol/l
    Hba1c 9.17 5.8% stimulated c-peptide 0.18 nmol/l Hba1c 2.18 5.8% stimulated c-peptide 0.14 nmol/l
    Hba1c 7.18 6.3% stimulated c-peptide 0.15 nmol/l Hba1c 2.19 6.3% stimulated c-peptide 0.17 nmol/l
