Naval Architect and keen ocean sailor; keen interest in nutrition & diet related to type one. Believe in the low carb keto type diet approach to control as recommended by Drs R Bernstein; G Couzins et al. Also follow alkaline diet way of eating to avoid hyper insulinemia and all its attendant complications.
