I'm 72 and have had diabetes about 6 years. My latest meds seem to keep my bs under control plus my virtually carb free diet.
I have since may lost 3 stone and that has helped but unfortunately a,lot of damage has been done to my feet and sight.
But since losing the weight I feel envigerated and am now doing my own garden. Mowing the lawns and planting my garden. Just set too and cleared all the old summer plants and putting in winter pansies and fresh bulbs. I love watching the birds and nature.Interact
