Hi ianpspurs, How are things for you this day? My BGL's were 7:9 this morning. But I feel it's time to start walking once again, so I'll start in the morning early.

Hi Stenmar I am good thanks. Walking is a very good idea irrespective of diabetes but doubly so with it.

Weight loss and exercising properly has given me better bg management - in other news bears poo in the woods. 4.5 year A1c average = 5.65.- really not working. Managing the side effects and problems of LC takes far too much of my time. I refuse to believe LC works unless and until my A1c shows it does. (Colossians 1:29)
