Hi ianpspurs, How are things for you this day? My BGL's were 7:9 this morning. But I feel it's time to start walking once again, so I'll start in the morning early.

Hi Stenmar I am good thanks. Walking is a very good idea irrespective of diabetes but doubly so with it.

    Signature

Vary around 20-40 gms carb per day. Prefer High Veg to LC- much more positive. Average Hba1c 5.5. over 3 years. Losing lots of weight and exercising properly seems to give better bg management for T2 - in other news bears poo in the woods. Oh, nonetheless I must confess That I'm the mess that has been left
