Hi ianpspurs, How are things for you this day? My BGL's were 7:9 this morning. But I feel it's time to start walking once again, so I'll start in the morning early.

Hi Stenmar I am good thanks. Walking is a very good idea irrespective of diabetes but doubly so with it.

Eating LC for weight loss and exercising properly has given me better bg management - in other news bears poo in the woods. . 7/6/19 W= 73.5 kgs (11S 8Lbs), BMI 21.9 :) H=183 Cms 6'; BP 120/75 :). A1c = 39 :(; Chol=4; Trigs=.6.:) Something indefinably "off" with LC for me but functions to some extent. Average of last 8 A1c tests = 5.6 - :( Wearily resigned to stoically soldiering on with an LCD diet for the foreseeable.
