Hi ianpspurs, How are things for you this day? My BGL's were 7:9 this morning. But I feel it's time to start walking once again, so I'll start in the morning early.

Mostly JAM definitely not flourishing; HBA1C 37/38 since 2016 ; Height = 183 cms; Weight 72.5 -74.5 kgs BMI in range of 22-22.5. Losing weight and exercising properly seems to give better bg management for T2 - in other news bears poo in the woods. LC is just not fully functional. for me. I need to go feral a couple of times a year for pleasure and the full range of tastes.
