Hi ianpspurs, How are things for you this day? My BGL's were 7:9 this morning. But I feel it's time to start walking once again, so I'll start in the morning early.

Hi Stenmar I am good thanks. Walking is a very good idea irrespective of diabetes but doubly so with it.

Vary around 20-40 gms carb per day. Technically LC but no fan of that label. Last Hba1c 5.5. again, which is still not remission in my mind. Losing lots of weight and exercising properly seems to give better bg management for T2 - in other news bears poo in the woods.
