    I had diabetes from the age of 13 years old and yes you could say it's changed so much over the years, for the better. I have learned more In The last couple of years then when I first got diagnosed. Carb counting is the way forward and knowing how much insulin to take and to bring your sugar levels back down to normal levels. Danfe course helped me out to understand diabetes and gain more control.
    If anyone has not yet gone on this course and needs to gain control of the diabetes, they will help you has they helped me :)
