      Hi Jumapi, was just reading your metformin posts and wondered how are you doing now ? Also how are you feeling in yourself, it sounded as if you have a lot to contend with before the diagnosis and with your loss it's not surprising you were finding it hard.

      Glad you have family close by to support you, self care is so important for all.

    . Frequently up and down stairs otherwise very little exercise. Shopping exhausts me very quickly.
    Starting to walk the dog short distances
    Likes:
    Family time; Reading; needlework; TV, puzzle games and jigsaws on my iPad
    Dislikes:
    Bad language; Bad manners; crumbs in the butter! Walking in the rain or high winds.
    Inclined to stay indoors. Avoid people in general. Love being with my family and a few close friends
