    I'm a 52 yo male who is well overweight and full of arthritis. I've been diagnosed diabetic for 6 years and have largely ignored it until recently. The change was brought about by a thread on the forum from KMAN called Terminal & Scared. I'd recommend any diabetic to read it if they are neglecting themselves.....
