      i get this horrible dull headed feeling like trying to concentrate but not being able too .a bit like swimming though thick mud i do not know if this makes sense

      yes on metformin twice a day but the dry mouth and thirst is a sign to me i am high in bg i also have tingles in feet and legs been tired and sleepy all day but put that down to the weather or the opiates from my chronic pain

    12/06/2018: weight 9st 7lbs and BMI 23.5
    23/06/2018 weight 9st 2lbs and BMI 22.3
    24/06/2018 weight 9st exactly and BMI 22.1
    I do not know my HbA1c results as I always forget to ask :(
