    Diagnosed type 2 diabetic June 14 with Hba1c of 63 .did initially lose weight exercise etc and brought Hba1c down to 46 but had crazy 18mths and went carb mad and ended up in Nov 16 with a Hba1c of 69. improvement Nov 17 Hba1c 53 . But now back up to 69 May 19 . Increase of meds now on 1,000 SR metformin morning and evening .Nov 19 now an improvement Hba1c is 51. Asked to go back on ordinary Metformin because having problems with the SR . No review since Nov 19 because of pandemic . Hba1c now 66.

    Diagnosed type 2 diabetic June 14 with Hba1c of 63 .did initially lose weight exercise etc and brought Hba1c down to 46 but had crazy 18mths and went carb mad and ended up in Nov 16 with a Hba1c of 69 .Finally got myself back on the 'wagon' this week April 17 .Then an improvement in nov 17 with an Hba1c of 53 .Well since then been having mad carb binges and put on 10 pounds and no doubt brought up my Hbalc ! Back up to 69 in may 19 .Now on SR metformin 1,000 twice a day . Nov 19 Hba1c is now 51 :) Changed back to ordinary Metformin because having problems with SR . First review for 18 months Hba1c is now 66 :rolleyes:
