    Thigh Bone Pain

    As Indy51 says. May be worth talking to your GP about it. I have had problems with it, I broke my leg quite badly last year and was in a cast for 7 months which certainly made it worse. Physio and the dreaded foam roller sorted it out though.

    Interesting, I will just observe though. I am mid marathon training so I don't want to make changes to my diet (which is working fine for me) at the moment.

    Like the others have said. Not that bad. As well as the Metformin and being more aware of what you are eating you are doing the other vital thing already. You have become more active. Stick at it, it really does help. Loosing weight helps as well. It's not easy it does alter your life, however...

    I think it took about 7 hours yesterday. I spoke to a few people yesterday who have found them a lot stronger this year.

    Hmm, retinopathy test this morning, never a joy but normally the drops have worn off after a few hours. Not this time still look like a stoner.

    Out of Curiosity thread, an update ?

    We have somewhere to help each other at no cost to ourselves. None of this other stuff is really anything other than a minor irritation at worst. We can use it or not. We can also give people time to make changes. i am sure they have a real world/work outside of here.
