Hi! Saw your post about statins. My doc wants me to take them but I don't. Trouble is my cholestrol is 7.4. Where can I find the evidence to argue my case? Any ideas?

Hi, thanks for that info on vet insurance. Useful things to watch for! Could you let me know the name of your suggested insurer? Many thanks

Hi MUD, in a recent thread you posted "the majority of us low carb high fat". This has prompted a bit of a complaint from a forum member. Could you please try to say "I LCHF and it works for me" or similar ? I hope you don't take offence as I'm a big fan of the advice you give here. Thanks, Mo :-)
