hi q007 things seems like that now but in time you'll be fine i am t2 too most days i feel like giving up but then it hit me i got an aunt who had ampitee too. and i say to my self i dont want to loose any of my limps and go blind and pull myself togather with the help of my therapists n friends...
hi Joe welcome your not alone we are mostly here for the same reason. just take it one day at a time and eat smaller potions do a bit of light exercise and take your meds and you should be down with your bs levels and bp levels n even your hb1ac will be lower. hope this helps you a bit

Yes truvia is good i was told by my nutritionist is ok as less sugar is in it and ys not all sweetners are good for us type two.just read the label and see the ones with 5% or less is good over that no good hope this help and put your mind at ease Nicola :-)

Hi tony your not alone in believing in god im type two and suffers on and off depression.im seeing two therapist at the moment one to with diabetics as they both are linked. Im not taking any meds i prefer to talk about my feelings and problems if and when they occur.ok i too talk to my mum alot...
My fav gadget is my sandwich maker. And smoothy maker finally my multi cutter shredder and slicer love it instead of me grating away nice and easy.

It will say on the box. And your doctor or diabetic nurse will tell you.the slow release one is longer than the normal one both white colour though. Both make me sick and i suffer bad side effect from both but we are all not the same what works for you not necessary work for me and vise versa ok...
I think walking is good.you just start at your own paste until you can do more brisky walk you will feel so much better and lighter. Better still sign up to walk in your area and get more support and help its even nicer with other walkers by talking learning from others experience etc its fun...
