On yearly HbA1c test now on, my birthday last one was in January and was 39 still on LCHF . Still 14 stone 7 .

Fasting blood sugar ranges from 5.2 - 6.9

Been told to get HbA1c every 6 months now so next one in August. Last one in March was 39 still on the LCHF . Still at 14 stone 7

Last HbA1c was38 . Down to 14 stone 7 lbs No meds LCHF feelin good .
