    Diagnosis May 2015 Hbac1 97, weight 85.3kg ( 13 stone 6 pounds - BMI 30.3, put on 2x Metformin.
    Started standard low fat, healthy eating guidelines dieting - this resulted initially in lower hbaca1 and weight but by Summer of 2017 my weight and bgs were climbing up again
    September 2017 switched to LCHF plus some intermittent fasting. Also stopped Metformin
    November 2017 Hbaca1 33
    May 2018 Hbaca1 30
    September 2018. 55.7kg ( 8 stone 11 pounds - BMI 19.8)
    October 2018 Hbaca1 31 - diet only
    March 2019 hbaca1 29 - diet only control
