Hi, i have been diagnosed with Pre-diabetes, and have not got a clue what to do, i love a drink of red wine, real ale and whisky... love pasta etc etc... basically love life. However i know i have to change, but it seems so bloody difficult.. Nevertheless, i'm up for the challenge, so guys...
