    each week - intention
    Mon - 1 hour gym strength session (am)
    Tue - 2 -4 hours cycling or walk (am)
    Weds - 1hr bike (am) + 1 hour group run (pm)
    Thurs - 2 hours bike or walk (am) + 1 hour group run (pm)
    Fri - 1/2 hour bike (am) + 1/2 hour free weights (pm)
    Sat - 5km parkrun (am) + 1/2 hour bodyweight exercises (pm)
    Sun - 1 hour orienteering race or long run (am)
    people who can see beyond the end of their nose
    Daily Mail, UKIP, Tories, you know the sort


    T2 since 2004 (80kg)
    LCHF Diet and lots of exercise only, no meds
    Now 67-70kgs
    Hba1c bounces around in the mid 40's
