    Diagnosed Type2 2008 at 32 years of my age. Started with medication one Metaformin 500mg tabet in morning.
    Total cholesterol 6.47, HDL 0.91, LDL 4.73, VLDL 0.83, Triglycerides 1.81

    2009 August - HBA1c no idea - Medication 4 Metaformin 500mg tabets 2 morning and 2 evening, Glizazide 80 mg and Simvastatin, Lisinopril.

    2008 April - HBA1c 7.5 Jun 2008 7.7, Aug 2008 7.5, Oct 2008 7.2, May 2009 7.4

    2012 August - HBA1c 49- Same medication as above since 5 years.
    Total cholesterol 4.37, HDL 1.06, LDL 2.27,Triglycerides 2.26

    2014 August - HBA1c 54, 2016 Feb -HBA1C 55, 2016 July - 57, 2017 Feb - 64 - Same medication as above.

    2016 Feb Weight 70.5 kg BP 102/74mmHg

    2016 July Total Cholestrol 3.6 mmol/l,

    2016 Sep Weight 72.5 kg Waist 39" BP 110/70mmHg

    2017 May - HBA1C 65
    - Same as above and Farxiga dapagliflozin is added.

    2017 Aug - HBA1C 59
    Total Cholestrol 4.2 mmol/l, HDL 0.83, LDL 2.69, Triglycerides 1.5, Non HDL 3.37.

    2018 Feb 15 HBA1C 56 - Same medication as above.

    No medication just diet changes.

    2018 April 1st - Stopped all the medication and Started Keto Diet - BMI 30 - Weight 75 kg.

    2018 May 15th - HBA1C 49 - No medication only, low carb diet and stared Cycling.
    Total Cholestrol 7.2 mmol/l, HDL 0.81, LDL 5.57, Triglycerides 1.8, Non HDL 6.39.

    2018 July 23rd - HBA1C 46 - No medication only diet - BMI 25 - 63 kg .
    Total Cholestrol 7.9 mmol/l, HDL 1.45, LDL 5.63, Triglycerides 1.8, Non HDL 6.45.

    2018 Oct 1st - Total cholesterol 7.4, HDL 1.29, LDL 5.65,Triglycerides 1.0, Non HDL 6.11 Erythrocytes 6.0.

    2019 Mar 5th - HBA1C 46 - No medication only diet - BMI 24 - 61 kg .
    Total Cholestrol 7.3 mmol/l, HDL 1.33, LDL 5.5, Triglycerides 0.85

    Still following and learning every day from Low Carb diet, intermittent fasting, Cycling, running, walking, gardening and yoga. Still no gym, no exercise clubs.
    Using Cold baths, sleep pattern, ice packs, reflexology to recover from pains.

    My Current weight is 61kg - BMI 24.
    Fasting sugars are around 7.
