Anyone got a recipe for Low Carb Yorkshire Puddings?

This just came up in another thread.So I am wondering if anyone has found a good alternative.
Had roast beef and gravy on Sunday and these were definitely missing.

I made on the other day but just used wholemeal flour. Not really low carb but better than ordinary puddings.
