This is about the horrible feeling of what is termed 'man flu' but it could be just flu. But as I've had my flu jab, what can it be?
I'm just getting over the worse of the symptoms and have felt awful!
But as usual, just got on with it!
However, I have come out of ketosis, I can't get back to normal levels!
I've had a fasting day and that hasn't worked!
I've had no discernible carbs at all and I'm steadily in the lower sevens! I think that's making me worse!
I'm regularly eating enough, so I won't go hypo but I believe that I'm so sensitive to any changes in my blood glucose levels that anything other than normal, I can feel it!
I don't understand why my levels are above normal and I'm trying to get back into ketosis, but I can't!
Bloody man flu!
Don't want sympathy, any ideas? I'm drinking gallons of water, and keeping warm. Can only take paracetamol, I've asked my specialist last year!
When I feel better, I will get there but I think it's worse being hyper and hypo sensitive!
