4.7 today. A bit higher than yesterday but I did have a rough night and it is still a good number :)

Bullies, discrimination of any kind, bad manners, parents who let their kids run amok & spoil things for everyone else, unkind spiteful people, being a clumsy clod, toast crumbs in the bed, cold feet!!

Fbg 7.9 on reduced supper insulin. Nurse wants me to make a few changes. I'm open-minded. I'm giving it a go. :)
