6.8 for me today only the second reading over 6 this year.

Interestingly, I had the same meal last night as I did the last time I got a 6.8.

Guess that's taught me something then......

I'm not currently getting morning liver dumps, they've changed to be afternoon/early evening so almost a 12 hour shift, since I tried a bit of fasting a couple of weeks back...

6.2 at 5.45am and feeling awful...8.4 at 8.30am with a hear rate of 125 just before some horrendous vomiting! Not had this since post transplant op a year ago...and worry it's related...but it's probably food poisoning! Just what I needed as levels were getting back to normal. Heart rate now down to 107 and seem, for the moment, to be feeling a little less dizzy. Back to bed now with a bottle of water in hope of undisturbed sleep. Conclusion for Type 2s...vomiting and suspected food poisoning not great for BS level! Who would have thought it?

I do hope you feel better so keeping you in my thoughts.
