FBG is 5.1 after a 5.0 at bedtime. Diuretic is definitely raising my bg a little, but at least my blood pressure is coming down at last

Fbg 8.6 due to breadcrumbed cod fish fingers for supper with no insulin.
Canagliflozin 100g working on it's own.
This is where I'm going to start from to being able to prove I can stop the insulin.
Yes 8.6 is high but it's work in progress. Wish me luck?

Yesterday was a bit hectic and so I didn't get my main meal, veg soup followed by yog, until 7pm.
I usually don't reckon to eat after 6pm. There again half a jar of peanut butter at 8pm didn't help much!

Will try to get back into routine today.
