Had a 6.5 this morning which is sort of high for me and just dropped to a 4.1 which is way too low for me. Trying to be philosophical about this.

Glad your starting to feel better. I think it has calmed down for a while still got 2 weeks of nebulzed antibiotics so will see what happens when they finish

Didn't have a beer and my results seem always much better after a beer!

Hi that's because any alcohol lowers blood glucose . I drink wine an it's always lower day after , especially when you've been out on the town . So I don't have hangover next day !!.
