What was in the chia recipe? Maybe you could change the berry to nut ratio to make the bg rise more gentle. Or try eating it later in the day. I find I can't eat many carbs for breakfast as my well meaning liver usually starts my day off higher than I would like. I can tolerate more carbs later in the day.B chia coconut strawberries thing form the recipes of low carb course - it made my bg a bit too high dont thin kI can do that again
