Back up to 8.2 this morning. I did have a small bowl of raspberries with cream last night after my gym class, so don't know if that's affected it.

Hang in there, I know I keep saying it but there is so many variables, it could be you needed a boost after going to the gym class and your body is just helping you out with some extra BG especially after you've been ill, just because you feel better won't mean that there aren't still trace elements of your recent cold, your body will be trying to eliminate and recover from.
