Meals out???? Type1.

Hi
I'm going out for a meal for a friends retirement. He's obviously chosen and has booked a curry house. What is going to be the best to have? Thoroughly confused!

Depends on your own taste and carb allowence, I always go for the Chicken Tikka Saag and Garlic Pilau.

I'm fairly low carb. No rice, pots, pasta, bread. And I don't like anything too strong X

Tandoori chicken with a side salad perhaps?

I usually have the curry, but swap the carbs for side veg. You'd be surprised at how nice they are. This technique works well for my BGs.

Try butter chicken, mild & rich, if you want have poppadums - a little goes a long way. Real ones are made with chickpea flour.

Thanks guys. I went with the butter chicken and 10.3 was my highest but I was sick again. This happened when I went for Chinese food too. Exhausted now. They've ruled out gastoparesis
