Hi everyone is there a compressive list of low carb foods? If there was such a thing it would make my choice of foods so much easier and of course the shopping. Thanks

You're doing brilliantly too....keep it up and watch those pounds melt away. The best part for me is how healthy I feel now and eating better food. :)..........oh and.....getting in to clothes that haven't fit me in an awful long time :D

I think everything in moderation and smaller portions has to be the way to go for all of us. Glad to help it...just wish I'd thought to post it sooner:oops:

Dinner plates have got bigger over the years. Get yourself a smaller plate - 9" or so, sold as salad plates - instead of the 12"-ers that are the norm these days. It really does work at tricking your psyche into thinking you're eating a large portion.

My dinner plate is only slightly bigger than a side plate now....certainly fools the brain into thinking you're eating a huge plate full ;)
