What's in your Lunch Box today

I have 3 thins crackers, 3 small tomatoes, 8 almonds', beansprouts 1/2 avocado and 1/2 slice of Suffolk ham. This is cut up and I will use Cocktail stick to eat. I eat slower but look silly.
Comments on my choice is welcome.

No lunch box today as visiting Harrogate for couple of days. Great dinner last night roasted Cod and veg. Breakfast egg benedict. Now how to avoid Betty Tea Rooms.

Yes I did but only because I had tea and 1/2 slice of carrot cake elsewhere. I also went to Jamie,s restaurant that evening. Back on the low calorie diet now.

I have 80g of Smoked Mackerel flaked, with two sticks of celery and a dessert spoon of Hellmans Mayo on top.

I'll mix it all up when I want it, and scoff the lot with a fork.

Massive salad, smoked ham, satsuma, big mug of hot no added sugar summer fruits squash (it's quite chilly in the workshop today).

crustless quiche (homemade), and a quarter of a small orange.
Am now boiling the kettle for the 4th? 5th? cuppa of the day (PG Tips with a teensy splat of double cream, cos the milk disagrees with me).

So today, I have salad consisting of lettuce leaves x2, 6 almonds, 3 small tomatoes, 1/2 avocado, crackers spread with cheese. I like the sound of crustless quiche any chance of a recipe please. Currently drinking black coffee at station. Have a good day all

crustless quiche is blindingly easy!
Just pick ANY quiche recipe you fancy (obviously the more veg the better), replacing the milk for cream, if that floats your boat.
Then line the quiche dish with thin ham, or bacon, or even thin cabbage leaves, if you like (but the meat option is more leak proof!).
Fill quiche middle with your filling of choice.

Bake as normal.

Eat as normal.



One good sized quiche will do me a week of lunches, is filling, low carb and easy to transport in a plastic pot.

So today no Lunch box as yesterday in meeting lunch provided. Today it will be 200calorie shake breakfast and another for lunch and dinner will be veg,salad.

Carrot and celery sticks, half an avocado, loads of crispy lettuce and thanks to my shopping delivery having a 'flash sale' I've ended up with a tub of salmon pate - a little 'just for me' sized one to dunk the veg sticks in. Unexpected treat! Satsuma for pudding, hard boiled egg in case of late-afternoon starvation (unlikely, so it might stay in the workshop fridge for tomorrow).

So today I have a shake due to too many bad meals in work. I do intend on using some of the suggested lunches from the Mail yesterday as they looked rather tasty. Fancy the baked avocado with egg
