I am the only known diabetic in my family. I don't know any real life diabetics either, just you virtual guys to keep me on the straight and narrow xwe have numerous generations of diabetics in my family, but I am the only one who low carbs and controls my diabetes with diet, so many have poor BG control and complications wish they would try to control their diet but they think they can eat anything and then medicate for it
when you said you soacked for ages how long? I find I need to do them for 12-14 hrs I put them in a jar with water. I dont have a fancy mixerBrunch: Saturday night leftovers

Attempted to make cashew cheese again today and it is still a bit grainy despite soaking the nuts for ages. Tasty enough though.
