@lesleyann how are you getting on?
The food we eat makes a huge difference to our bgs but when and how much can help with liver dumps. They occur while fasting and on some occasions whilst exercising.
I'm on insulin due to very severe insulin resistance. I wish someone could have helped me sooner.
My belief is carbs accumulate in our system and make the resistance worse. Over time.
I wish I knew then what I know now.
We can only start from today.

hi doing the best i can lowered my carbs lots still getting high bs but hopefully it will get better soon thanks for asking
