4.6 this rainy blustery morning and it was snowing earlier on, here in not so sunny Nottinghamshire.

10.3 Liver is doing funny things...I'm in a process of easing myself into full fasting mode..yesterday I had very little solid food and today I'm having a go liquids only and I'll see how that will go. Although my 'numbers' are constantly bit high...it doesn't come from food I've eaten but what comes out of body's own 'storage'...it will be interesting to see what will happen and how long I can keep it going...
