Insulin doses are where they've been for the last couple of weeks but I did have quite a bit of carb yesterday - more than I've been having recently anyway - so may well be a delayed reaction.

And don't worry ... not going to be deterred ... after last week's session with my GP I'm more determined than ever!

Two hours after a light breakfast and I'm down to 6.6 - off for my walk now

5.2 Had Duck in hoisin sauce for dinner, Sauce must be slow release carb as I was only 4.8 before bed.
Just looked it up. Its 80% carb which for the amount I had that's about 25 grams. ouch. Still it was nice and my averages were getting a bit low.
