Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

6.1 at 7.10am - not a fasting level though - I've been awake since just before 5am and scoffed a couple of coconut oil/peppermint/cocoa fat balls about 1/2hour before I tested.

Good Morning! I tested at 0630 and got a reading of 6.7 which was higher than I have been getting for the last few days. I retested a few minutes ago at 0830 after a mug of coffee with cream at 0640, and reading is now 5.7, which is more what I would have expected.
I guess I might have had a liver dump earlier.

After a month or so yoyoing between 4.2 and 5.7, my reading was 3.8 today.
Usually anything under 4.5 makes me all shaky, but I'm feeling good so far...

Had a brilliant day so far. Bought my pork scratchings this morning. After bulletproof coffee at 8.30am I'm snacking on one of my medium sized bags now.

I must try and have a veg dinner today! Protein is my new fav.
