Hi all, I have just had my blood tests after being diagnosed t2 a year ago. Back then my hba1c was 53. After research on this forum I changed my diet to LCHF, and what a result, my BS is down to 39.
I thought I would share this news with you all on here. For the record in the last three months I have also reduced my meds down to one tablet a day. I am on gliclazide 80mg. I was getting to many hypos. Additionally I take statins (simvastatin) blood pressure tablets (lisinopril) and aspirin.
My weight was 85 kg and down to 79kg and 174cm in height.
Regards Clint
