I haven't a clue as I've been using my meter to check my daughter's BG levels sporadically and therefore any averages would include her levels.

7.9 - 8.5 on wake up
pre meal 6.9
post meal 7.4
but if I go for a walk/jog within the 2hrs it reduces to 5.9.
Exercise is becoming my main BG controller

Why not record them on an Excel sheet? I do, and I have them there for posterity. I can't use my meter averages because of duplicate testing.

6.0 before lunch
6.5 after lunch
5.6 before tea
6.3 after tea
5.8 bedtime

Random pre-meal averages were 4.6

Post Meal averages I didn't take any.
