5.4 this morning - 2.1 lower than yesterday. Not sure why. Maybe because I had a proper dinner last night instead of a 'sandwich' and cheese the previous evening? Would eating more for dinner result in a lower morning FBG?
6.8 at 7.55 this morning - 2 days so far now with all levels much higher than they've been for a while. And I'm still hungry all the time, but not quite so badly...
