Fbg 6.9. A fine start for celebrating the 3yr old's birthday. I'm more excited than he is. That will change when he sees his electric car he can drive either himself or we can use a remote. He's going to love it. Yipee!
Maybe my bgs would be lower without all the adrenalin.

Hello Everyone. 6.9 for me today. Happy Bunny

5.2. Just recently had my annual review. Average BG 6 over 12 month. All other things checked perfectly normal and weight gain Zero, exactly the same as the end of year one as Type 2.

I attribute this to the Low Carb diet that I've followed since the start and moderate exercise, including taking up playing table tennis regularly. DN says, keep on keeping on, and it should continue as well.
