Am Type 1 a year and a half now. I have fairly good control and docs seem very happy. However lately, have started to develop little stys on my fingers. Only my right hand. I don't know what it is or what is causing it. I've no doubt it's diabetes but for what reason does anyone know as I do have good control? My Hbac1 has never been above 7%

Slightly confused here..... :? A Stye is a growth usually found on the eyelid.

Do you mean perhaps a 'warty' growth on the fingers ?

It quite probably is nothing at all to do with your Diabetes, everybody gets them at some time or another.
