Bad stomach cramp

I've been having this really bad stomach cramp for a few days and it's really painful. Does anyone have any clue of what it could be? also my hair has been falling out quite a lot.
I'm on metformin tablets and linagliptin
And insulin 5times a day

I had this - minus the hair, it went after about a week so I presume it was a virus
