4.7 this morning and 4.9 on going to bed.

5.1 last night and 5.3 on raising but that doesn't tell the whole story.

Gym last night and from about 10pm, dropped to 75% basal rate. Even with that reduction, from midnight on my BG level declined, for Smartguard to kick in at 1am and suspend me for the two hour duration it maxes at. According to the sensor, I dropped to about 3.2 in that time.

During suspension, I started to climb as you'd expect, got up to about five, had a compression low from rolling about and suspended for 20 mins, before restarting and staying basically flat till I got up at 5am and 5.3.

Goes to show that I need a lower TBR after the type of gym session I had last night!

5.2 mmol @ bedtime and 6.0 mmol this morning. Had a take away pizza last night (and the previous night) , managed to keep things under control.

13.2 last night (I had an ice cold refreshing Cider last night), 7.0 @7:00 this morning - but did drop to 2.1 at around 4:30 though!

Went to bed at 7.5 after gym. Set TBR to 65% following what happened last time. Rose to 9.5 on waking. Ho hum... The usual fun and games of working out how your body works. Might just go back to leaving the basal rate as standard and let Smartguard do its stuff.

Yup. Increased weights on all sets so somewhat dead afterwards. I think I still needed a lower TBR, but not as much lower.
