Still eating too much bread, **** those waiters putting it on the table

Went for the triple play yesterday, Bottle of Rosada for lunch, Blanco on the terrace in the afternoon and Tinto with dinner interspersed with a couple of Cruzcampos.

7.7 this morning I was doing so well, all 5s for a while now; this is what happens if you hoover up a quarter of a box of hotel chocolat chocs I can have one or two with little impact on my bs levels but must have seriously overdone it.

Thank goodness that I test and know I need to be wiser in future!!

I would be higher so dont kick yourself so hard! Once in a while wont do too much harm and hopefully once you get back on the wagon it wont take too long to get your numbers back down.

Sleep quality was rather poor because throat tickles and cough a little, so I am surprised it is still on reasonable rate. Weather has changed dramatically here from hot to ️ and to ️. I might catch the cold, but I hope not.

Anyone reading this, please share me good home cold cough remedy. I'd be grateful xx
