It's FAGE total so there is some sugar, 3.8 grams.
I've tried the Aldi version as well but didn't look at the Carb/sugar content, cheaper but not as tasty :(

Also if you look the 0% fat has more carb/sugar than the 2% fat version, proving the reduced fat = more sugar rule

I like to go for the smaller number ;-) also i find all my fingers give a slightly different reading too... i like to test with my right hand (if it has blood!) As the readings are almost always lower than my left... but then thinking about it blood goes to the left before the right so maybe the left is more accurate!

I go for the full fat and find it doesnt affect me too much! Either that ot whip up some double cream and pretend it is yogurt!;):wacky:

4.7 after moving around for a while! Last day of religious fast (for now) it is a beautiful day so will be out and about to help bgl further! Have a lovely day every one.

Fbg 6.5 :) :) :)
6s and 7s are my old 4s and 5s.
Still not finished thou.
Thanks to these forums I know how to manipulate my fbgs and daily bgs.
I've come to accept as my day progresses they eventually rise unless I do 600 calorie meal replacement next year?
No pressure this year as still work in progress.
Metformin has given me my life back! :)

4.6 at 5:15 am :)

Waking up slowly..
Thinking of a hot cuppa tea with a dash of almond milk..

VLCD day 11..

Going stronger, tho still battling cravings :(

4.6 is excellent, get your pleasure from your amazingly good blood sugars well done.

You deserve a treat try strawberries and cream! Or dip them in some melted 90% chocolate...

I wish I could hug you for saying "you deserve a treat". I told myself this, many times - but I can be too hard on myself sometimes. I am glad somebody said that and actually yes, it has been 9 days since my FBG reading is under 5s (except for one day when I was stressed out). I love strawberries and cream, they're delightful. Will get some and bring them to picnic lunch by the river xx

5.8 :):) good marker to start my holiday - let's see if we can stay in the 5s, while still obviously enjoying the gourmet treats France has to offer ;)

I wish I was in Hawaii....

6.1 this morning :(

Arthritis pain quite bad over the last couple of days, probably due to the change in the weather. I think that's what's pushing my BGs higher...
