Antibodies still very high, but still very good HBA1C and I my c-peptide is still in bottom range of normal
fido78, amazing hba1c. does not look like a duabetic's hba1c. can u give some idea about your daily food intake startibg from breakfast. thanks.

For dinner I change between fish and meat dishes served together with broccoli or beans and when I eat sauce I make a fat sauce with 36%cream and chease
When I snack it is typically greek yoghurt
