I really like Lidl's Natural Greek Yogurt (brand name Milbona), it's delicious and creamy and has 3.2g of carbs per 100g serving.

Hi @Sheila D :)

If you're watching your carbs, full fat Greek yoghurt is good. I buy the small pots from Tesco, and have it with some berries.

I might give the Greek one a try as I have never tried it.

When I was younger and knew it all, I liked vanilla yoghurt and hazel nut spread. A dollop of spread on the spoon and dipped into the yoghurt, lick it of and then rinse and repeat.

I wish I could still do that. :shifty:

Lidl's do a fab Turkish yoghurt - even creamier than the Greek. I have it with milled flax which has a slightly nutty flavour and a few raspberries. Such a good price too. If you are missing your hazelnuts you could liquidise them and add them to your yoghurt x

Skyr Icelandic Yogurt plain with a hand full of berries, nuts and seeds.
Tastes great especially withe red currants. Yes I love the sour/sweet stuff
