Got home last night and did a set change. Think the cannula hit muscle or something because 2 hours later when bolusing for dinner, I got a "Blocked" response and no idea how much bolus I'd done. Blood glucose levels were increasing as well, so had to put in a new set, re-bolus and hope. Went to bed at 13.4

Fortunately, plans worked and woke up at 7.4
