NOT BEING ABLE TO EAT WHAT I WANT, Outdoor gardening, Bad weather, Floods, Bush fires, Below zero temperatures, Not being able to walk my dog (she is to old),
6.8 a bit higher than yesterday I normally test as soon as I get up but my new dog wants to go out at 6.30am then I went back to bed until 8.30am which is when I normally get up and take my reading. I think that earlier walking around has given me the higher reading. What do you think?

I woke up at 5:40 down at 3.1 according to the freestyle libre. Took two glucose tablets and am now 5.3 at 6:20. Scary!
