Good Morning! 5.7 at 0530 today, after fish and (a few) chips last night.

Fbg 9.0 with no insulin again and a treat from hubby on his return from his break away.
Work in progress but hoping to stay insulin free (keeping my fingers crossed).
No weight loss even without combined 120-140 units of mixed insulin (slowly reduced over months) and a 100-150g carb diet (dieticians recommendation).
So now no insulin and 50g carb with readded 100mg thyroxine (now 200mg totally). Hoping for weight loss too.
After a hba1c in 2 months time I'll ask for Victoza again for second try, maybe. If I'm struggling, that is.
Weight loss is my Achilles Heal.

3.3 right now! That's after dropping the evening Gliclazide three days ago with my nurse's advice as I had two other hypos a few days ago!

I have been using cider vinegar and turmeric in my salad dressings so maybe that's the reason?
