What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

What's going on? Having dropped the evening Gliclazide and my insulin one unit to seven units, resulting in 7.3 yesterday - today 4.2! I'm happy! Post breakfast, 6.9 - still happy!

Parsnips, turnips, swedes-the vegetable not the people.
163 mg/dl or 9.0. Lots of stress and lousy sleep last night. Dinner was brussel sprouts with lemon and salt, cubed beef steak and potatoes with onion. This is a usual dinner that usually doesn't spike my fasting glucose the next day. I did snack on extra brussel sprouts and a handful of roasted soy nuts at bedtime. Also I just posted this on another thread accidentally.

afternoon all - mine was 15.8 this morning - 15.6 yesterday - hopefully the drugs will kickin soon and start pulling this down - peaked at 24.2 after lunch
