Thank you. I had a fiber1 strawberry cheesecake square with 24g carbs but it affected me more than that many carbs usually do.

125 or 6.9 ppd at 11:08 pm, ah sweet control however tenuous!
140 or 7.7 fasting this morning at 10am. My liver must be dumping.

6.0 this am. tried a "Skinny Cow" No Added Sugar ice cream last night, it didn't raise my levels by much at all. Welcome to all the new members. Paul..

Yes I had the chocolate one. I gave my Mum a no sugar biscuit last Thursday & she asked me how I can eat something with no taste. I told her if I wanted to live to reach her & Dads age, 85yrs, I had no choice.
